Feeling overwhelmed? Worn out? A bit emotionally fried?
Come and draw with me for twenty gentle minutes.
You don’t need any artistic skill at all. I’ll guide you through a few very simple drawing exercises designed to help your breathing settle and your mind slow down. It’s not about making “good” art — it’s about giving your nervous system a break.
All you need is something to draw with and something to draw on. A pen, pencil, marker — anything is fine. I’ll be drawing along with you so it’s easy to follow.
If you’d rather not draw at all, have a look at Tony Draws While You Relax, where I do the drawing and you simply breathe and unwind.
Sessions are on Zoom (free to download). You can keep your camera off if you prefer.
If it helps, find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed — this is your time.
Longer or repeating sessions are available too. Just ask at the end.
