Tony Draws While You Relax

Don’t feel like drawing? No problem.

In this 20-minute session, I draw and talk you through the process while you simply sit back, breathe, and let yourself settle.

Many people find this version especially calming because there’s nothing to think about and nothing to do. Just follow the sound of my voice, take a few gentle breaths, and allow the nervous system to reset.

You won’t need any materials at all.

Sessions take place on Zoom (free to download), and you’re welcome to keep your camera off.

If possible, choose a quiet, comfortable space where you can fully relax.

If you’d like something longer or repeating sessions, we can talk about that at the end of your session.
